1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GoVetted website, booking a service, or riding with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

GoVetted provides luxury SUV, van, and shuttle transportation services, including airport transfers, private rides, and special event transportation throughout the Florida Panhandle. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and service area limitations.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are made through our integrated MOOVS booking system.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options offered within the MOOVS platform.

  • A confirmation email or text will be provided after successful booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

  • GoVetted reserves the right to cancel a ride due to weather, safety concerns, or events beyond our control, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers:

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed in any vehicle.

  • Alcohol consumption must be pre-approved and comply with local laws.

  • Passengers who damage the vehicle or behave in a threatening or disruptive manner will be held financially and legally responsible.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

6. Liability

GoVetted is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

  • Lost or stolen personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Any costs incurred due to missed flights, appointments, or connections.
    We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or policy violations.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the MOOVS system or our website is used solely for booking and service-related communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law. See our full Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Modifications to Terms

GoVetted reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
